After the death of my best friend when I was 14, I went to therapy and realised that journaling was the way forward. For years, I used standard notebooks and it just didn't feel right. Yes, my thoughts were down on paper but I wanted more.

In 2018, I discovered bullet journals. A blank notebook, full of dots that meant I could create the page I needed, or just scribble over the page to vent my frustration. I decided it was time to start sharing my love of bujos with Birmingham and hosted my first Bullet Journal Masterclass to 20 people. Seeing everyone creating and fully emerging themselves into this creative outlet told me that this was what I wanted to do.

Fast forward 4 years and I've created a business around my love for spreading positivity and mental health awareness. Along with the essential stationery, M+B sells custom tumblers, tote bags, keyrings and sweatshirts.
