Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We ship all over the UK, but are hoping to get International shipping up and running soon!

How long does shipping take?

All orders are posted 2nd Class with Royal Mail on Saturday before 12pm. This means it can take 2-3 business days, but Royal Mail can surprise us!

Once it's been handed over to Royal Mail, we have no control over its delivery.

How do I track my order?

Each order comes with a tracking number which will be emailed to you. All you need to do is follow the instructions in the email or go to the Royal Mail website and select 'tracking'.

Returns

Can I return a personalised item?

Unfortunately not! I've made that item just for you so won't be able to sell it to anyone else.

How do I return an item?

Oh no! If you'd like to return anything, send us an email at hello@manorandbreeze.com to discuss what's gone wrong. Then we'll go from there.

How long does it take to process my return?

Not long. Once your return has been received, I'll send your refund over within 3-5 business days. Your bank is then responsible for how long it takes to get back into your account.

Can I exchange for a different item?

If you've bought one of our gorgeous sweaters, you can exchange it for a different size as long as the item is as perfect as when you received it.

Do you gift wrap?

Absolutely!! If your order is a gift, just pop a note before checkout and I'll make sure it gets wrapped up with a "Do Not Open Until" sticker.
